FEE AGENCY:

Sale (or research):
- Assets less than € 100,000: 7% VAT of the purchase price with a minimum of € 5,000 VAT
- Goods from 100,000 to 200,000 euros: 6% VAT of the purchase price, capped at € 10,000 VAT
- Property of 200,000 to 300,000 euros: 5% VAT of the purchase price, capped at € 12,000 VAT
- Goods from 300,000 to 500,000 euros: 4% VAT of the purchase price, capped at € 15,000 including tax
- Goods from 500,000 to € 1,000,000 3% VAT of the purchase price, capped at € 20,000 VAT
- Goods beyond 1 million euros: 2% of the sale price TTC

Rental:
7% VAT in the amount of annual rent excluding charges dependent lessor and lessee to 7% load
(Capped at € 15 / m² or 12 € / m² without the inventory)

Seasonal rental :
- Marketing and contracting the property: 7% tax of the rental amount
- Delegated management: 18% VAT of the rental amount
